I have what I believe to be some form of malware which is loading pop-ups on my PC. It has also spread to my smart TV, where pop-ups are constantly appearing there too. The pop-ups are pornographic in content, and obviously this is very unsettling for us as a family. The two main pop-ups we are concerned about are Badoing and Bongacam, but we are also getting other spurious pop-ups, some of which are games-related. I have pop-up blocker initiated, which isn't helping. I have run a number of spyware removal tools, to no avail. I have scanned using the AVG Scan tool, nothing was found. I have the latest version of AVG, I have run the antirootkit scan, again, nothing found. The next step would appear to be the AVG Autoruns tool, but it appears that I have to contact AVG Customer Care first. Unsure as to how to do that, as there appears to be no actual connectivity path to a human being… So, is anyone aware of how to contact AVG and are you aware of this type of issue which appears to be hidden to the AVG antivirus tool?
Thanks Alan, the problem is, I don't know 'where' the malware 'roots' are, so although I am catalogueing this as a virus, I may not be politically correct… but, I am keeping my fingers crossed, as I've selected the IE pop-up block to high setting, and also I have disabled scripting of Java applets, in IE Security tab. I'm not seeing the prono pop-ups now (touch wood) but I do see other smaller less intrusive pop-ups appearing (for games)… it'll do for now.

Hi Tony,
I recommend start with uninstalling all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.
Thanks
