On 25/11/2016 , I sent by e-banking  23,10 EUROS , to buy AVG ULTIMATE  for Black Friday offer.
My bank rejected it because of capital controls that are existing here.
Could you informe me how  could i pay the same ammound for AVG Ultimate protection?
