Every time I try to log on to my bank's website via AVG browser, I am continually prompted to two-factor authentication. I I use Chrome and Edge with no problems. All three browsers have Adblock paused for this bank website.

Some sites provides the option 'Remember me' to avoid 2 step verification. Please check if you receive any option similar to it in the prompt (page in screenshot). If so, enable it to skip the 2 step verification.
We also see that you're suggested to reinstall the browser once to check the issue with Gmail.
You can export the current bookmarks by following the below step :
Open Secure browser - Menu (3 dots at top right) - Bookmarks - Bookmark manager - Menu - Export bookmarks - Save it to desired location.
