Dear Support,
Since update 21.1.3164 (build 21.1.5968.643) Behavior Shield and Ransomeware Protection are off on computer startup and have to enabled manually.
Is there a way to fix this?
Kind regards,
Bojan Milivojevic

No luck with turning off Windows Defender Firewall I'm afraid. Will AVG address this problem in its next update and when's the next update due?

Does Windows Defender Firewall count?
I'm using the free version of the AVG antivirus…
We're sorry to know that, Bojan.
Sometimes, this might happen if there are any other antivirus installed on your computer. Please check & remove, if there are any security software.
Also, clarify whether you use the free AVG antivirus.
Our pleasure, Bojan.

Windows Defender shouldn't conflict with AVG Free Antivirus. However, you can try to disable Windows Defender once & check if it helps.
