Today I got the new Windows Insider update (Build 19577). Since then, I'm unable to toggle the "behavior shield" and "ransomware protection" features to on.
Any thoughts?

Hi Balasubramanian,
Backing out the Windows Insider build solved the issue. So the problem is not with AVG, but with MS.
