Hi, I have been charged on numerous occasions for a product that I don’t even use, and the subscription doesn’t even show up on my account, also can’t access payment history as it’s showing nothing there either.
The payments have been made to Digital River. How am I supposed to cancel if nothing is showing up on my account???

I have the same problem and you AVG won't refund me. They are criminals. i have been promised a refund over 3 weeks ago and they havent. Now they cut my chats off. SCAMMERS. I have lodged a disupte with my bank and will make complaints with the ACCC and Fair Trading. Avoid AVG at ALL costs!!
I have exactly same problem, they charge me for AVG subscription and I do not have it , when I wil log in to AVG account there is nothing in payment history. Digital River replied to me that I have to contact AVG support. I can see that I am not alone who has same problem. Please can you help me with refund.
