Best way to avoid losing a month of my subscription?

Hi Cynthia,

We're happy to help.
We understand your concern. If you say, we'll add the remaining validity of your AVG TuneUp and AVG Internet Security into AVG Ultimate. So, that you can immediately install and activate your AVG Ultimate without losing your existing validity.

Please give us a confirmation to proceed further with it.
Thank you.

I unsubscribed to the auto-renew on my Internet Security and Tune-Up because the price for the new subscription was too high. I then found the AVG Ultimate program, which includes Internet Security and Tune-Up, was on sale much cheaper. I purchased it but have not installed it yet because I still have 36 days left on my current subscriptions. I understand the auto-renew date is based on the purchase date and not the install date, but that's okay since you notify me before I am charged. If I wait the 36 days to install my new subscription will I still get a full year or does the program subscription start on the date of purchase and I will lose the 36 days?

Hi AVG, I received an offer for two years and took it "Avg Ultimate" using just one device my PC and the renewal has arrived on my Email as a 250% mark-up and what is anoying is the period of renewal is not given which possibly gives a 500 % mark-up on the original offer…
I am old school perhaps and think that you should consider rewarding existing customers and not penalising them at renewal times…  Order ID Ref. [Order ID removed]  Patrick

Yes please add the remaining validity of my AVG Tune UP and AVG Internet Security into my new AVG Ultimate. I will install my new AVG Ultimate and activate it as soon as you confirm that the subscriptions are extended. Thanks, Cynthia
