Betreft AVG Tune up voor 1 jaar ten bedrage van euro 17,88. betalingskenmerk: 890720291539.
Het betalingskenmerk werdt door ING niet gezien als geldig betalingskenmerk, dus heb ik dit bij overige kenmerken ingevuld. heb nog niets ontvangen…

The problem was that the payment reference that I received from you was not good at my ING bank, so I entered this reference somewhere else in the payment.
There is certainly paid. I have the statement and I am waiting for the 8 days.
The error was in the payment reference. I don't know why, but it might be better for you to find out why. Contact the ING bank.
