Also the error message for Outlook when the location is set to Australia, Melbourne/Perth.
When the location is set to USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, etc, there is not a problem in sending/receiving.

Using Microsoft Outlook (IMAP, Office 2019) for Bigpond email (Telstra Australia) unable to send/receive with VPN location set for Australia Melbourne or Perth. However it works when location set to USA Atlanta.
Using the Australian locations, I have to turn off VPN to send/receive emails
