Billed twice this month for services I don’t recognise. £50 and £27.81

The charges EUR 56.99 was for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited automatic renewal and EUR 30.99 was for AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer automatic renewal.

Please can someone explain the two charges for AVG services this month?  The first charge of approx £50 was steep and then £27.81 more appears on my credit card.  Please tell me how to cancel all this?    I cannot phone an American phone number from Greece.  This is sharp practice = stealth which needs to be dealt with.
