Billed with no active subscriptions

Please refund my 105 dollar fee that I received. I stopped using AVG months ago. My account has no active subscriptions. And take me off of any AVG related subscriptions now please. This is a horrible company. I tried contacting by chat which was listed as currently offline as well as tried calling the listed sales number which also ended up being a dead end. Please just give me my money back so I can move on and stop stealing from people.
