My licence seems to have stopped despite being charged for it on the 5th July 2017 invoice number 701-8401656
please help?

Jason, the unlimited product of AVG doesn't have a license number.
The activation is by logging into AVG account from the user interface.
Please open the AVG user interface and click on the email address and select "Leave this network"
Restart your PC once and open the AVG user interface again.
You will have "connect" option, please click on it and select "Log into existing account"
Enter the AVG my account username and password and click on Log in.
Please wait for 2-3 minutes to get the subscription activated.
If it still says as free or trial, do let us know.

Hi, I haver done what you suggested and that hasnt changed anything still showing as unprotected.
