I am unable to clearly discern if my business subscription was renewed. When I open AVG, it says my next billing date was in April, and that its active and there’s no warning to renew. But when I check my order history, it does not show a charge except for the subscription paid for last year. Getting in touch with a live agent is a nightmare.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a direct number I can call?
The only way I was able to get a hold of them was through facebook messenger. i’ve also been told by others they had success contacting them on X as well
