Billing for AVG product via Digital River ireland,

Digital River provides eCommerce and payment services for AVG orders processed via AVG web/In App cart.
I couldn't find any subscriptions under your ****@hotmail.co.uk email address.
Hence, sent you an email for you to provide required information inorder to locate your account associated with AVG.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I have had £46.99 deducted for a product that don’t want and when checking my AVG account i see there are no valid subscritions listed, so why have Digital River taken money on your behalf?
