Hello AVG Community,
I can't seem to find a better way to address this issue with my account. I currently have an annual subscription for AVG Tune Up and the account has expired payment information. The subscription doesn't expire until October, but I have been receiving pop up notifications for the past month reminding me to update this information. The only reason I haven't updated the information yet is because the aggressive offense of pop ups I get three times a day makes me feel as if my card will be charged upon updating the information and I want it to be charged on the date the subscription renews. Not any earlier. Can I please get some help changing the notification settings for this aggressive subscription renewal process?
