Please do not provide your email address and other personal information on any public forum.
I see that, you were charged USD49.99 for renewal AVG Anti-Virus 1 computer (1 year) license but the other two charges was debited for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices purchase. Please be informed that, Tuneup product will help to speed up your computer whereas Antivirus product will protect your PC from viruses and threats.
Are you sure that you aren't interested to use TuneUp product?

I  received my credit card bill and find that I was charged three times by AVG
(order number removed)

12/24 AVG SUBSCRIPTION 844-438-1657    $49.99   (this is correct)
12/27 DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES                    $36.91    (THIS IS AN ERROR)
12/28 DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES                     $47.46    (THIS IS AN ERROR)

(License removed)

I would like for you to take care of this error and refund back to my credit card.   If you need other information, please contact me and I will assist to process this as soon as possible.
