Can't chat, can't ring, emails not answered, bloated, invasive protection and over billing. Thats AVG

Somebody contact me on the above email

AVG has charged 719 Danish kroner from my mastercard. The previous 3 years COMBINED cost me less!

 
Looking back to 2018 and 2019 I was double charged! 
 
I get charged one month before expirey which confuses the whole billing system and just looks and smells bad. 
 
I just want a simple, reliable, non intrusive anti-virus all-in-one but instead of countless unnecessary extras that must be paid for if you want them. 
 
Why do I suddenly get billed for well over 3 times the last 3 years prices? 
I expect to be rewarded for over 5 years subscription not conned /overcharged
 
Just look at the chaos of the last 5 years billing for my account

I have 3 emails from AVG. Email 1 congratules me for my continued use of AVG and awards 3 months free potection.
Nr. 2 email informs of 30 days to renewal. Nr. 3 email has informed me that you have already taken money from 
I would also appreciate the 3 months free protection 
As I recall, this is not the first time I have had problems with AVG. There seems to be a deliberate policy of confusion and dead ends regarding annulments or refunds online. 
I have used AVG for several years as your records will show but AVG has become way too invasive and aggressive
