Black screen for the windows of AVG GUI

Thank you for contacting AVG Community. 
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate. 
Initially, please let us know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer.
To check this : Go to control panel - Programs - Programs & features - version would be listed beside AVG Internet Security.
Also, clarify whether you've used AVG Clear to uninstall AVG & share us the screenshot of the UI that you receive for better clarity.

Hello,
On my Windows 7 (64bit), since yesterday, when I open the AVG Gui (Internet Security), the first windows of AVG is complety BLACK !
I have restore the AVG product = No change !
I have install the newest AVG product = No change !
Help me please.
