Black screen when clicking on anti theft

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"

When i try to uninstall avg it has me deactivate first because it is a device administrator. So I have to open avg and click on anti theft. When I do it is just a black page. When I go under security on my phone's settings and try to uncheck the box for AVG device administrator it says "Settings has stopped" and takes me to home screen. How can I uninstall this app?
