Sometimes, this might happen if the service required to launch the interface is unable to initiate.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to try repairing AVG program once. If issue persists, write back to us in your own post.

I wish this had been answered here because I've been having this same issue for months now as well. Can you post the answer or direct us to the fix, please? My screenshot below of the same.

I already had an image saved, but couldn't add it straight away…

I am running AVG Antivirus Free and I keep getting blank pop ups.

I've tried reinstalling and it still happens.

Software version is :17.5.3022
