It seems that you have contacted the third party AntiVirus support which was not a part of AVG.
Regarding the AVG Secure VPN, please follow the steps in this article for restarting the AVG services https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Troubleshoot-AVG-Antivirus-UI-Failed-load
Then check for the issue again.
If the issue persist, please uninstall the program from the control panel and reinstall it again.

I phoned 08006528704 and informed them the problem which when ever I want to open AVG vpn I get a blank white rectangle …three hours later the condition remained and told me to phone 08003689316 which I did ,one hour later he told me I must agree in paying £50 if he can fix it ? he could not fix and I FIND THE SERVICE IS CRAP I WISH THAT THE AVG MANAGER is aware of the incompetent staff he has ? I paid two years in advance for this and the internet security ??? Am not happy at all with this crap service …I F YOU CAN NOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY THANK YOU
