Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and click on Email option. Hello!
I changed the SIM card and then put my SIM card back again, but phone would not unlock the screen. There is no "forgot PIN" button and I logged in my account and selected button "Unlock" on my device, in computer is shown "device unlock command was successful". But it was NOT. Screen is locked anyway. Device is connected to WiFi all the time.
Is it really that the only solution is factory reset?
I did everything of that and received an ansver. Answer says that I need to ask questin in support.... Hove come? I DID! And it says everything that is in Your coment...
Wrote the same questin again... I see there is no use of doing that. I wrote that I have tried to unlock from my account, but it doesnt work, I got a answer that I need to look at the video that says "You can unlock from Your account". Are Gurus even reading my questins?
