Blocked using cruise website

Hello Krishna
Your advice to switch off VPN and disabling AVG Antivirus DID WORK, and I was able to reach the cruise website and was able to do a search. But not yet by using the AVG Secure Browser !!
Please advise what to do OR you are able to fix my problem.

In order to find the cause of it, we request you to get connect with our additional support. An email instruction has been sent which will help you get connected. If the email is not found in inbox do check on spam/junk folder.

I have been using this site for the past 2 years without a problem, the site is being used by millions of people and all of a sudden I cannot search or book with the company that is connected to this site.

It's very frustrating, ID90 people assured me that their site is working fine
