When I'm connected to the VPN I have problems connecting to some web addresses. For example
KBB.com. I get access denied. When I turn vpn off I have no problem connecting.
Thoughts???

I've had a similar problem. It happened with cr.org in both Firefox and Chrome. I would get a 403 error that was generated by Cloudfront, which must run their web services. In Firefox it happened just by going to the website. In Chrome I could get to the website, but when I tried to login to my account, I got the error message. Turning off VPN solved the problem.
