Blocking annoying AVG product adverts

Hello Mrs. Sherill.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/createascreenshot ) of the pop up you are receiving?

Despite having set my account preferences NOT to permit AVG to contact me with offers to buy yet further products, I still get these and can find no way to stop them.I have requested a call back  - over a week ago - but have heard nothing.
can anyone help please/
