I am unable to reply to your previous comment or send back a reply email as you answered me from a NO-REPLY. How are your customers suppose to get hold of you????? I use OE Classic and Thunderbird and have this issue with both email programs. I also have this issue with my phone, my send emails will stay in the Outbox folder until I switch the VPN off then it goes out. I actually send and email to my OE Classic email provider and they tested it and told me it is the VPN blocking my mails so as soon as I switched it off, my mails went out. As I say I have this issue on my PC and my Phone so it must be a setting with VPN. Incoming mails have no problem. I tolerated it for quiet some time now but it is really becoming a problem as I send and urgent mail out to the bank and they called and did not get it and then I realized the I forgot to switch off the VPN. |
Yes I have followed all the steps and my email still lay in my outbox until I switch my VPN off then they go out.
Bernice, please follow the email steps and connect from the PC that has the issue.
Our team can collect AVG logs and escalate this to senior team.
Regarding issue on mobile phone, I have created a ticket on your behalf and escalated it to mobile team.

I have exactly the same problem on my phone as I have on my pc. My license for VPN allows multiple devices, so I have the same issue on all my systems which have VPN installed on them.
If I send an email I have to switch off the VPN so that my mails can go out and then have to switch it back on. I have uninstalled and re-installed it on both devices and still have the same issue.
It is very frustrating and the problem is clearly with the VPN and not with my devices as both devices are not connected and use totally different programs.
