I live in Romania. Even with the VPN turned off, HBO Go indicates that I am out of the country. How do I fix this, Is there an extension I need to install. I have tried restarting the computer and to no avail. If someone could tell me how to find my IP address in Windows 10. Then I could share it to see why it thinks I not in Romania.

In future, if you experience the same issue, you can try connecting to streaming servers (locations) in Secure VPN to check if it helps. No to both questions, but I tried to be experimental. I was using MS Edge and decided to close that browser and retry using Chrome. I worked. Chrome allowed HBO Go & I was able to watch the shows I wanted to see. Then I decided to try Edge again and it allowed HBO Go also. It is still working when I rebooted this morning. I was very aggravated last night when I wrote the about the problem, but this also led to creative problem solving. Thanks for responding.
