Installing AVG is cumbersome. But since I have installed AVG protection my printer HP ENVY photo 6235 is not scanning anymore and I get every day several disturbing pop- ups by AVG indicating that I should buy additional protection while I have just bought the AVG protection. it also indicates a message as if I have no protection.
Please how can I stop these disturbing pop ups and how can I restart my scanning.
