Hi Larry,

We're glad to look into this & help you. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program.
If you suspect that AVG is causing the issue, you can try disabling AVG protection temporarily to check.
If issue persists even after disabling AVG protection, you can disconnect AVG Secure VPN (if connected) & check the issue.

Sincle installing AVG Ultimate,

a) have been unable to connect with multiple sites http: (i.e.Best Buy, Macy's)
b) internet speed seems slower

Would appreciate any help as I am a relative novice,
