I am an individual home user. After the latest update in August, my wireless print appears offline. I can print wireless on my printer from my phone so I know it is not the printer. I disabled AVG and my printer comes online again. what is happening and how do I fix this.

Yes, after I changed the recommended settings I clicked OK. I even restarted the computer, went in to see the settings were saved as instructed. This did not help. I then disabled AVG by turing off the protection and checked my wireless printer. When AVG is OFF my printer shows online, When AVG is ON my printer shows offline. This happened after the download you did in August. What more can I do other than cancelling my subscription?
