This question is similar to one in the list. I tried scanning my computer last evening with new updated AVG 2015. I use Windows XP SP3. Manual Scan results showed 2 threats in list then went to System Fail Blue Screen… c000021a
Lookup online says to contact software manufacturer…
Computer restarted fine but same results finding more threats each time before blue screen.
I've deactivated AVG and left in recommended link scan option.
Is it safe to uninstall and reinstall AVG?
