But you've asked me first to disable the Bluetooth and then only contact that support if the Bluetooth still does not work.
I can't turn off the Bluetooth as there is no green bar when I right click. The instructions provided don't allow me to do what I have been asked to do before accessing that support.
Is there another way to disable the avg? This is my work computer and it's nearly 24 hours since I can use it. It's not acceptable to buy this product and then it affect my capacity to work.
Please provide a solution to this. I also can't talk to the tech person as with the Bluetooth not working it means my keyboard does not work. This is a huge problem.

Unfortunately, this is not a solution.
pMy Bluetooth needs to work 100% of the time with the AVG product. The Bluetooth is used to connect the keyboard to the monitor.
If I disable the AVG temporarily I only have a device that can be used when there is not any AVG protection. When I then enable the AVG the Bluetooth again won't work and I'll again have no device. I use this in my employment so I need to find an alternative security product that works.
Can you please provide the email address to obtain a refund for this purchase made today?

Yes I know that you only need me to temporarily remove the avg and NOT the Bluetooth. The problem is that the avg has stoped the Bluetooth from working. This means I can’t use the device to type and therefore can’t communicate with the other tech support. The mouse is also blue tooth so it too does not work since I’ve downloaded the avg. This means your product has stuffed up my device. This is my work computer.
