On my Windows 10 OS I performed a Boot-time Scan and it appeared to be doing so. I returned after several hours to check if it was complete and I returned to a black screen. I attempted a hard reboot since there was no interface and it returned to the black screen after flashing the Dell logo. What can I do to fix the situation?
