Bought a 2-year AVG subscription but AVG doesn't realize

Hello Evelyn,

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have installed AVG Secure VPN and still you are getting the popup message, then please open AVG Internet Security/ AVG Antivirus free > Menu> Settings >General > Popup > Uncheck "show popup for other AVG products". Reopen AVG and check the status. If you haven't installed AVG Secure VPN on your computer, then Install Secure VPN by following these steps:

  1. Click here to download AVG Secure VPN from the AVG website.
  2. Run the downloaded setup file, and if prompted by the User Account Control, confirm permission to begin the installation process.
  3. Select your language and click OK, then click Next to continue.
  4. Tick I accept the agreement to confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of the License Agreement, then click Next.
  5. Click Browse... if you want to change the default installation folder, then click Next.
  6. Click Install.
  7. Click Finish.

Hi, recently, on January 23rd, I bought AVG Secure VPN for $59.76, a two-year subscription. When I read the email after purchasing, I did everything accordingly, and opened AVG. It stated that AVG should update automatically, yet I still get all these deals popping up, as if I didn't buy it. I tried logging out and signing back in and exiting out of AVG. It's really upsetting that I paid so much money for something that won't work… please help.

If you can't help, then how may I get a refund? ("Money-back guaranteed").

Thank you very much!!
