Bought AVG Pro - but after installation get prompts that subscription expired

As per our record, you have purchased the latest AVG Protection Multi-device program that expires only on 9/1/2017.
On the AVG Zen interface you can see on the protection component the AVG Internet Security program installed and on the performance component you will get the trial version of AVG PC tuneup installed.
You have bought the subscription only for protection, so could you please confirm whether the expiry notice is for the Protection or for the performance?
