Hi all of those who are suffering,
I hope your blood is not boiling as mine.
I bought AVG Ultimate Security key online twice but this is not the issue.
On AVG PC APP I switched from one subscription to the other that I bought by mistake.
What AVG is showing on my PC App regarding info about my subscriptions is not present on my AVG internet account where you can either unsubscribe or stop auto-renewal.
Some illogical resaons have been given as to why the subs info. is not there. I was sent to get some support which is once again designed to get you back to the sqaure one and you get round and round and round in circles, i.e. sending me back to MY SUBSCRIPTIONS Section where the info is not to be seen.
I was asked to delete and made a fresh account which I did. Same issue, no info, no buttons to press and unsubscribe my current one.
It is so frustrating that the AntiVirus programme that you have had for years are treating you like there is no tomorrow.
What shall I do to get out of it and not to be charged twice with the highest price available on the market.
If AVG members are there and really want to help us, can you plese send me an email so that I can give you the key as this is the only thing I have.
Also I was told that 8 devices are in use whereas I guess it is only three which raises my concers as well.
I would be so grateful if I get rid of this scam. I invested my 3 hours now to get this thing resolved once and for all in vain.
