Bought AVG Ultimate (aka AVG ZEN) and no product activated

Dear Support

Sorry the late reply but a girl got to eat! Please see in attachment the files that show that everything is the same as before.  Still no chance of adding more than this mobile. What am I doing wrong? The email is the same as my Google account, only the passwd is obviously different.

Sorry apparently I can only send one screenshot …

Can someone explain to me why can't I use a product that is paid and still have a message on my mobile saying that my product is a test version? anyone? I've already spoke with Google that say it's AVG problem, and with AVG that had me send a message to mobile support, which I did and no answer so far … 
It's really upsetting considering that I have the product paid and not using it in full! Right now only the PC is covered and it is suppose to cover whaterve equipments I should want. Any advises, besides canceling the subscription (which I already did but still I have until 27 Dec 2018 to use the full version not the stand alone). Thanks

I do understand the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate from Google play store and registered under the email address you used to contact us. Please make sure that the email address you used to login to Play store on your android device is same as your registered email address. Then follow the steps provided below to complete the activation of Pro version.

1. Open the installed AVG app.
2. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
3. Select AVG Account.
4. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.
