Bought from Amazon .. can't get a damn activation code!

I bought the 5 device 2 year license from Amazon.
I got a product key and can't do shit with it … everything uses an "activation key" and the code I got for a product key does not work.

I created the account and still there is no way to convert a product key into licenses.

How about someone wake up and get their shit together ?
