I have a question. Where have these passwords leaked from because many of them are not in my password wallets in my browsers. Does that mean they have leaked. Because I have not worked at IBM for 2 years yet they staill maintain them for some reason just to say that I'm can't access this account etc. I guess.
I'm getting Breach Notifications When I log online or open a new site or even just open Edge. I've never fixed it and don't know how top because the message always an application but never says which one of the many that I have open usually. I've clicked on Restore and exit but mothing every acknowledges my response to the dialog. It tells me to change my password, but not which one…
Hi, attached is the notification screen shot.
It happens with Edge but since it doesnot indicate which password for which applocaation I can't tell you that.

The question was are the 71 dups alldups of the same password, or is there 1 password 70 times. I have been converting my dups ot separtate passwords. I use dups only for sityes where I don't make transactions. e,g news downloads etyc. I aee there are also passwords from my phone, there should not be many of those.
Hello Mel,
This message usually occurs from AVG password protection which secures the passwords saved on the browsers. Due to multiple entries of same websites, it shows the results as duplicate. I could confirm you that the password is not leaked. To know about the product, visit this link (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Password-Protection-FAQ).
In this case, we request you to remove all the saved passwords from your browser. To do so, open your Edge browser, three dots (menu) > Settings > Password and autofill > Manage passwords. Set a new password, save it again to monitor the progress. Keep us posted here.
How can I change the password if I don't have one, its my first time on the site.
I dopn't see any of my passwords where I do transactions or whjich are critical to me.
Thank you for the screenshot.
AVG Password Protection indicates that your password might be too weak or insecure.
That's why you have received this warning message.
Please follow the below steps to change the password for the website from your edge browser.
Go to your AVG Password protection to find the concern website.
Then open you edge browser -> three dots -> settings -> Passwords and autofill -> Manage passwords
Keep us posted.

The problem is that my username is always pamam@qcsdindustries,com. At most sites you have to use your email as uuser name. To tell me to change my password based on my username is not tellng me anythjng to fix the problem.
Then when yuou say that I have 71 duplicate passwords does that mean 71 x 1 password or some variation on that.
Plus "_4@v^jE@Z*<<6" times 71 different ones would be impossible to remember them all. Even on a wallet I can't access them unless I know them all by heart or I have to write them all down and carry a note book. If I password the wallet it the same as having only one password again. As it is I keep them in an excel file on a thumb drive.
