We'll help you to get this issue fixed. Sometimes even after closing the chrome browser it might be running in the background, so we suggest you to restart the PC and then run the Maintenance scan to delete the browser data.

During the fixing process when using AVG PC Tuneup, when it reaches 'Browser Data' to clean I am asked to close my Chrome Browser. The browser is closed but system does not recognise that. I have to press 'Skip' to continue. How can I resolve this?
