May I confirm whether you are facing this issue after running maintenance scan in AVG TuneUp?
Could you please confirm how long you've been facing this issue?

This has happened multiple times, but not every time. I have my settings set to continue where I left off in the browser upon closing and reopening, and I have pinned certain tabs. When I reopen, I come back to a completely fresh page, no idea where I left off, and all my pinned tabs are no longer pinned. Anyone else experience this? Is there any fix I am missing? Could it be when my browser is cleared of cookies using AVG Tuneup? It shouldn't since I am careful as to what I clean. I can re-create things from history, but I shouldn't have to do that, either. Thanks.

Hello I think the problem has existed for 2-3 days . Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 was downloaded on 12 Jan, could this be involved ?   May have run Tune up recently , at the moment having gone to look, it wont open ? Seems to be on any browser I use
