Hi Nikhil.
Since when are you experiencing this issue? Which web browser are you experiencing this issue with?
Does it just open a new tab or does it redirect you to any website?
Please check the list of installed applications on your PC and remove unwanted.

a new browser window launches automatically every 30 seconds.
i have run a full scan with avg, malwarebytes and windows defender and found nothing
uninstalled and reinstalled all my browsers
restored my system to an earlier iteration when everything worked fine

lost for ideas? could somebody please help
