Spent way too much time on this bullcrap. Make the thing user friendly! The instructions do NOT correlate. I installed AVG 3 times and wasted a good hour or so and the rep states… I understand the inconvenience. I see that you have AVG TuneUp (30-day Trial) and AVG Secure VPN (60-day Trial) in our records.

To activate these products, open AVG products which you have installed. Click on Home icon at the top right or choose 'Go to AVG Zen' option, it will open new AVG interface.

Here, you will have connect option at the top right , click on it to enter your email credentials. If you face any difficulties, share the screenshot ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot ) of AVG interface so that we will check and help you further.

This is bullshit, there is no zen. BS.There is no activation with the instructions which is stupid nor the representatives advice. This sucks, tell AVG developers to make this right- user friendly!

On tune up had to reinstall. the secure vpn he said we needed to wait 8 days.
