Good morning,
I have already had 6 AVG experts assist me, but they do not solve anything. They all do the same:
- Uninstall AVG
- Check WORD no longer generates BSOD
- Install AVG again
- Verification that WORD generates BSOD
Uninstal and install is not a solution. If AVG does not change anything in your antivirus, everything will remain the same.
I can't be wasting time for several hours every day.
AVG must change antivirus so that this does not occur.
In a short time I have to renew AVG. If AVG does not give me a solution, I will use another brand.
As you will understand, I cannot be with my laptop restarting constantly.
Regards
Hi
Excuse me for my limited English.
I have a HP EliteBook 840R G4 laptop with WIN10 21H2 perfectly updated, both in software and HP drivers. Also, I have AVG Internet Security. I recently installed OFFICE 2019 PRO PLUS and every time I open WORD or EXCEL, after a variable time, less than 5 minutes, I get a blue BSOD screen and the laptop hangs and resets
IMPORTANT: Only BSOD when I open WORD or EXCEL. With all other app, no crashes.
I have passed the WINDOWS RAM TEST two times and it has not detected anything wrong.
What I can do ?
Thank you
