The issue is that remote address is not visible. I can't make choice because doesn't see an address.

Do you mean that AVG firewall is blocking a connection?
If yes, did you disable AVG protection temporarily and check whether it resolves the issue.
Provide the screenshot of AVG window where it shows the remote address.

We request you to change the network profile to "Private" in AVG Firewall and check the status.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Customize" of Enhanced Firewall.
Click on "Network Profiles" and if it is set to "Public" for your network connection, change it to "Private".
Click Ok and check whether it blocks the connection.
