i have renewed a subscription which is not what i wanted
i just want to have what i had before
how do i go about getting this done please !!
i still don't know what i can do to renew what i had previously the business edition up to 8 devices i want to renew that please can someone let me know how i can do this ??

We have initiated the refund for your AVG Internet Security - Multi-Device purchase made on 18th August 2019.
An email has been sent explaining the refund status.
Regarding, AVG Antivirus business edition renewal, you should have already renewed the email reminder on 18th July 2019 from which you can renew the subscription.
We have resent the email reminder now, check for it on spam and junk folders, it is not found in the inbox.
If you aren't able to proceed with the renewal from the option available on the email, do let us know.

May I ask what happens when you click on "renew now" option that you received in the email reminder for renewing the business edition?
