Supposidly my AVG removed (Client) files thought to be of harm and now this pops up and I have no sound and Windoows techs canot esternally scan my laptop or remote access my laptop with the files missing. I went to AVG vault and tried to reinstal (client) files I see in there, but no good? 
I am fairly good at computers, but 6 hrs later I have no fix.

Also Besy Buy GeekSquad and also Windows Techs want $99 to $200 to fix the problem, grrr I do not want to  get rid of the pop up I see here on AVG, I want to fix the problem by getting the needed files back
