Since when are you experiencing this issue?
Which version of Windows OS are you using? Did you install any windows updates recently?

Got this message at startup and computer freezes and flashes this message. Tried to process through AVG support, got to window AVG antivirus properties and on startup type “automatic” and apply, it gives me a little window named Services and access is denied. Please help

Upon checking the MS forum, we've found this thread. It seems that the windows update might have caused this. You can try the suggestions mentioned in the above provided thread & check if it helps.

started this morning, Windows 10 and an upgrade was done maybe 2 weeks ago but functioned perfectly since it was made

Do you have system restore point created when you upgraded to Windows 10?
To be sure, are you able to log into windows successfully and access applications and windows settings?
