When accessing various site on the internet… callback.obengineapi.com/sc  comes up   URL: Blacklist
c:\Program files     Msedge.exe    infected with  URL:Blacklist

It is sometimes when I go to a site, it redirects me somewhere else, and this pops up.
It has happened when I am going to legimate business sites, I frequent often, so it is not like I
am going to bad sites… after which I have ran my AVG virus scans and re-booted my computer.
I have removed history on my brower
How can I stop this, or remove it from happening?
