Can anyone explain this photoThanksAlan Jones

Hi Alan,

I assume you’re referring to the Error 42125: ZIP archive is corrupted message.

  • This error means that the Boot-Time Scan couldn’t scan certain files inside a ZIP archive because, from the scan’s perspective, the archive appears to be corrupted.
  • However, this doesn’t necessarily mean the archive is actually damaged—it’s possible that the Boot-Time Scan simply can’t read it properly.
  • Importantly, this error does not mean the files are infected.

These files are most likely regular cache files from Microsoft. I recommend running a standard Deep Scan using AVG Antivirus to check your system after boot. Sometimes archives can be scanned when the system is fully loaded.

Hope this is helpful.
